14 years old girl with severe back pain since 1 month with mild fever, loss of weight and loss of appetite. MRI showed vertebral lesions at L2 and D12. A simple biopsy done by Dr Ashutosh Sabnis under local anesthesia diagnosed it as being Tuberculosis of Spine!! She is doing well with TB medicines. Diagnosed and treated early, Tuberculosis of Spine can be easily cured completely with simple Anti Tuberculosis medications!!
