75 years old active male patient Mr. VB with severe Low back pain and right leg pain restricting his walking. He had slipping forward of L5 vertebra over S1 vertebra at base of spine (Spondylolisthesis) causing instability and pressure on nerves. Reduction and Fixation with minimally invasive spine surgery- Percutaneous screws with Cage (Mini-TLIF) got him rid of all his pain. He could walk and go home next day of surgery!! Unimaginable with open conventional spine surgery.
